Large Investment Bank require and experienced Lead Test Analyst to act as the main point of contact for the business users and technology team during UAT. Define, review and agree test approach and test pack. Ensure that all business users are aware of the test approach and deadlines being worked to. The candidate must have previous formal*structured testing experience on a number of projects. Candidates must have previous Investment Banking experience and understand basic principles of anti-money laundering, as well as what processes would be put into place to prevent it. Full IT project lifecycle experience. Knowledge and experience of industry best practices for QA and implementation. Structured approach to defining test scenarios*cases including early involvement in the dev. Lifecycle. Good experience of how non-functional requirements can be reliably tested before going into prod. Driving through tests and subsequent bug fixes in efficient and structured manner. Test and QA systems in an effective manner, using innovation and common sense to provide the bank with the tools to increase its profitable growth. Understand root cause of problems found and advise developers of solution required. Planning and managing the integration of new test methods and process‚ improvement, Experience of using Test Director to generate test scenarios, test cases and conditions, as well as generating necessary metrics off the back of it.
